Every day, the Foundations strives to enrich the lives of people who use our Libraries. Help ensure the success of these efforts by supporting the Library with your donations or as a member of the Tulare County Library Foundation Board.

Mission
The mission of the Tulare County Library Foundation is to raise, manage, and allocate funds to support and enhance the programs and services of our library branches. We are dedicated to build financial support through donations, wills, bequests, and grants for the Tulare County Library System.
