Become a volunteer tutor with the Tulare County Library Read to Succeed Literacy Program and help an individual’s literacy skills increase and grow together as a community.

Volunteers can also help with:

  • Conversation Circles

  • Book Clubs

  • Outreach

  • Workshops/Family Nights
